A Long, Rich History
KRT is one of the oldest CPA firms in Southeast Georgia. Founded in 1925 as a sole – practitioner by A. L. Karp. Since then, KRT has added more shareholders, enhanced our services, developed specializations in many new areas, and increased our client base.

Frank A. Slotin, CPA

Frank is Managing Partner of KRT and a Certified Public Accountant. He began his career in public accounting in 1991. He received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Georgia and completed post-baccalaureate work in Accounting.
Frank’s experience includes tax planning, consulting, preparation of individual, estate, trust, corporate and partnership tax returns. Frank regularly works with small business owners, medical practices, general contractors, real estate developers, investors, and individuals.
Frank is a member of the Savannah Estate Planning Council, the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), and the Senior Partner Network of Accounting Firms.
In addition, Frank serves on the advisory board of the Savannah Truist Bank, Workmen’s Circle Credit Union, and is a past board member of Congregation Bnai Brith Jacob, Small Business Assistance Corporation, Hospice Savannah, Junior Achievement, and the Marshes at Skidaway.
Frank is married and has two children.

Andy is a Partner of KRT and a Certified Public Accountant with over 30 years of experience in public and private accounting.
He possesses a bachelor’s in business administration from Georgia Southern University, and he has extensive experience in the fields of tax planning, preparation and consulting for individuals, estates, trusts, corporations, and partnerships, as well as business consulting services and general accounting.
In addition, Andy holds a certificate in business valuation from the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts. His clients include a broad range of small business and small business owners, particularly in the areas of construction, manufacturing, and real estate.
Andy services on the Metro Board of the YMCA of Coastal Georgia and various other boards and committees in his church and throughout the community. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, as well as the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Andy is a past board member of Savannah Christian Preparatory School, Rotary Club of Savannah, South, and Home Builders Association of Savannah. Andy enjoys hunting, boating, fishing, playing adult league baseball, and family activities with his wife and three sons.

Danny began his career in public accounting in 1997 and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, as well as the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Danny holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Georgia in Accounting (BBA 1996) and Economics (BBA 1995). Danny’s expertise includes working closely with privately owned businesses, along with the stakeholders, to meet and exceed all accounting and tax requirements.
Danny’s focus includes physician practices, automobile dealers, and professional service firms. Danny is a 2010 graduate of Leadership Savannah and a board member of the Susan G. Komen Foundation.
In addition, Danny is a member of the Savannah Quarterback Club, as well as the St. Patrick’s Day Parade Committee.
Danny is married and has two children.
